plugins: better comments manager

This is a relatively simple plugin, which through the addition of two little words to your comment moderation page could save you hours a week. Especially if, like me for the past couple of weeks, you are struggling to commit enough time to your site and find comment moderation takes disproportionate amounts of your time.

Which two words? ‘Reply’ and ‘View all’. I know I know, thats three words.  But it’s two functions, and thats whats important. Reply lets you reply directly from the moderate page, which is very neat. View all shows all comments on the post - very useful to catch repetitive comments or ensure you get the full context of ‘replies to replies’.
